We undertake residential valuations for properties across Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset and Wiltshire. These are in accordance with RICS Valuation – Professional Standards (the ‘Red Book’) and are undertaken by an RICS Registered Valuer. In particular, we provide reports for:

  • Shared Ownership Negotiations – Staircasing and Reselling Reports for individuals and for Housing Assocations
  • Help to Buy Valuations – for staircasing of the Help to Buy Equity Loan
  • Right to Buy Valuations
  • Probate,
  • Other purposes including: Investment strategy, Pension and superannuation funds, portfolio valuations, accounting purposes, capital gains tax and compulsory purchase.

We act for investors seeking further residential properties to add to their portfolio, or assist potential investors who have not yet made their first purchase. Our initial consultation will determine a specification to enable us to report on potentially suitable properties, attend viewings, undertake negotiations and see the purchase through to completion.
