Level 1 Survey
Overview
A Level 1 Survey is most suited for properties under 5 years in age. It is a visual survey to highlight a summary of any obvious surface level issues with a ‘Traffic Light’ grading system to advise of any defects. It will also provide you with additional enquiries your conveyancer may need to follow up. This does not provide a valuation, but one can be offered separately subject to a valuation fee.
