A defect report is provided by one of our RICS qualified surveyors to provide you with information on a defect such as dampness, cracking, water ingress, bowing or dishing of structural components.
A RICS regulated surveyor will provide a detailed report with photographs after a survey of your property. We will issue this by pdf and you will have the opportunity to discuss the findings with the surveyor should you need to after.
