At Bartley West Limited we have a number of surveyors with a variety of expertise. Depending on your location and the type of property defect we may be able to assist; such reports include:

A defect report is provided by one of our RICS qualified surveyors to provide you with information on a defect such as dampness, cracking, water ingress, bowing or dishing of structural components.
A RICS regulated surveyor will provide a detailed report with photographs after a survey of your property. We will issue this by pdf and you will have the opportunity to discuss the findings with the surveyor should you need to after.
